Newest firstWe expanded Minnesotas viral genomic surveillance program to include respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). We performed whole-genome sequencing of 575 specimens collected at Minnesota healthcare facilities from July 2023 to February 2024. Subtypes A and B exhibited differences in their genomic landscapes, and we identified 23 clusters of genetically identical genomes.
