How updates work
The main literature and study search runs every 24 hours. Medicine, regulatory, citation, funding, safety and legal feeds run from twice daily to quarterly, matching how often their underlying datasets change.
1New material is stored locally with its retrieval time, identifiers and source history.
2Articles appear only after rights, parsing, structural quality and publication checks pass.
3A condition report is revised when new linked evidence changes its Evidence Package; the previous version remains preserved.
Every evidence statement should lead back to the article, study record or official source behind it.
New records enter on governed schedules. Published reports keep their old versions when evidence changes.
Positive, negative, conflicting and missing evidence stay distinct. Uncertainty is shown, not filled with assumptions.
