Development of a plant-produced recombinant monoclonal antibody against Δ-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC) for immunoassay application
Abstract This is the first report of the production of anti- Δ9-THC mAb in N. benthamiana which are the cost-effective and rapidly production platform. Moreover, plant-produced mAb provide the efficiency against Δ9-THC and it can be applied for the further immunoassay application.
