Cannabinoids suppress inflammatory and neuropathic pain by targeting α3 glycine receptors
Abstract Systemic and intrathecal administration of derivatives of a nonpsychoactive component of marijuana significantly suppresses chronic inflammatory and neuropathic pain, without causing analgesic tolerance, in several rodent models.
