Abstract Introduction: Cannabis legalization has expanded rapidly across high-income jurisdictions, altering patterns of cannabis use, product potency, and commercial markets. Although surveillance systems increasingly quantify cannabis exposure, clinically meaningful harm is more difficult to detect.
