Abstract Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of a Continuous Training Program on the knowledge and professional development of healthcare providers in Healthy Community Clinics in Jordan. Background: Ongoing professional development for healthcare providers is essential for delivering high-quality care to patients with chronic conditions.
