Abstract ABCC1 expression exhibited intricate associations with diverse immune-related genes. ScRNA-seq analysis from GEO revealed a positive correlation between ABCC1 expression and macrophage infiltration. Various vitro and vivo experiments substantiated the oncogenic role of ABCC1 in hepatocellular carcinoma.
