Ultrasonic-ethanol pretreatment assisted aqueous enzymatic extraction of hemp seed oil with low Δ9-THC
Abstract Hemp seeds were pretreated with a combination of ultrasound and ethanol. The degradation rate of Δ9-THC was 92.14 % at ultrasonic power of 200 W for 30 min. After optimizing the extraction conditions, the oil recovery rate reached 88.38%. The Δ9-THC in the oil sample was 9.58 mg/kg.
