Open study recordThe goal of this clinical trial is to learn the best way to switch children with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS) or Dravet Syndrome (DS) taking 'artisanal' (non pharmaceutical-grade) cannabidiol (CBD) to Epidiolex for treatment of seizures. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How well does a gradual switch from 'artisanal' CBD to Epidiolex work? * Does the same dose of Epidiolex as 'artisanal' CBD work best? * What side-effects or medical problems do participants have when switching from 'artisanal' CBD to Epidiolex? Researchers will examine how successful switching from 'artisanal' CBD to Epidiolex is. Participants will: * Gradually increase their dose of Epidiolex and reduce their dose of 'artisanal' CBD until they are taking just Epidiolex * Visit the clinic five times over 20 weeks for checkups and tests * Keep a diary of their seizures, symptoms and the number of times they use a rescue seizure medication

Open study recordThis study is being conducted to evaluate the safety and efficacy of JZP926 capsule in participants with Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy (JME). This Phase 2/3 multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of JZP926 capsule in participants aged ≥ 10 years with Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy (JME). The study will assess the efficacy of JZP926 capsule as an adjunctive treatment in reducing the frequency of myoclonic seizure days when compared with placebo, as well as the effect of JZP926 capsule on non-seizure endpoints.

Open study recordThe efficacy, safety, and tolerability of CBD-OS have been evaluated for the treatment of seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS), Dravet syndrome (DS), and Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC). The current JZP926-303 study is being conducted to evaluate the safety and efficacy of CBD-OS in participants with Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathy (DEE). This Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of CBD-OS in participants aged ≥ 1 year with DEE. The primary objective of the 6-week Double-blind Treatment Period of the study is to assess the efficacy of CBD-OS in reducing the frequency of countable motor seizures compared with placebo in participants with DEE. In addition, the Double-Blind Treatment Period will also assess the safety and tolerability of CBD-OS. The optional 6-month open-label extension (OLE) will provide additional data on the long-term efficacy, safety, and tolerability of CBD-OS.
