We would like to revise the contents of the methods as below.
CBD was prescribed on the first visit when screening was performed. An oral pharmaceutical formulation of highly purified CBD (100 mg/mL; Epidiolex, GW Research, Cambridge, United Kingdom) was used. The starting dosage of CBD ranged between 2.5-5 mg/kg/day, which was titrated to 10 mg/kg/day after 2 weeks. If a patient continued to have seizures, the dose could be increased up to 20 mg/kg/day.
