Evidence of familial confounding of the association between cannabis use and cerebellar-cortical functional connectivity using a twin study
Abstract This study examined the relationship between cannabis use and cerebellar-cortical connectivity. Cannabis use was associated with lower connectivity in attention and frontoparietal networks. However, twin comparisons indicated associations may be due to genetic or environmental confounds. Thus, there was no evidence for a causal effect of cannabis on cerebellar-cortical connectivity.
