Impact of Cannabinoids on Symptoms of Refractory Gastroparesis: A Single-center Experience

Abstract Background and aims Cannabinoids are increasingly used for medicinal purposes, including neuropathy. Gastroparesis is a neuromuscular disorder and neuropathy plays a large role in its pathogenesis.
