Abstract This study explores the molecular mechanisms behind the remote transfer of thyroid cancer (THCA) by investigating the interaction network of C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 8+ (CXCL8+ monocytes and syndecan-1+ (SDC1+) tumor stem cells using single-cell and spatial transcriptome sequencing.
