Transcriptomic profiles of single-cell autophagy-related genes (ATGs) in lung diseases
Abstract Graphical Abstract: 1. The transcriptomic profiles of autophagy-related genes (ATGs) varied among pulmonary epithelial and lymphocyte subsets in lung diseases. 2. ATGs play essential roles in the maintenance of pulmonary cell functions and intercellular interactions between lung epithelia and lymphocytes by reprogramming the metabolisms and the energy balance. 3. ATGs can be the candidates of biology-specific biomarkers and therapeutic targets for pulmonary diseases.
