Pan-cancer analysis of 60S Ribosomal Protein L7-Like 1 (RPL7L1) and validation in liver hepatocellular carcinoma
Abstract RPL7L1 was found to be aberrantly overexpressed in multiple tumor types such as LIHC, LUAD, COAD, GBM, BRCA, HNSC based on analyses of TCGA and GTEx data. Its expression was higher in later tumor stages and lymphocyte cells. High RPL7L1 expression correlated with poor prognosis for OS and DSS in cancers like LIHC, SARC, BRCA and HNSC.
