Abstract Background: Cannabis use in pregnancy is increasing, despite evidence linking perinatal cannabis use (PCU) to maternal and infant health risks. To investigate factors contributing to increasing PCU, this study used qualitative interviews to examine beliefs and perceptions of PCU.
