Abstract As cannabis becomes legalized in many jurisdictions around the world, its popularity is increasing. Despite the presence of several publications reporting cannabis-induced acute pancreatitis, the mechanism and pathophysiology of this entity are poorly understood. This case report highlights the course of a 28-year-old male who presented to the hospital with complaints of abdominal and back pain.
