Hi there! I find myself at the exciting crossroads of biotechnology and business, and I’m passionate about turning complex scientific ideas into practical solutions that make a real difference. After years of exploring the intricate world of biotech, I’ve developed a knack for finding those small details that truly matter. As the CEO of IMG Pharma and COO of Betternostic, I’m involved in many aspects of biotechnology, combining scientific expertise, project management experience, and a strong passion for coaching and mentoring. My musical background has also sharpened my discipline and communication skills, which come in handy both personally and professionally. At IMG Pharma, I lead a team focused on drug discovery and biomolecule characterization using our proprietary microarray technology. My role as CEO involves guiding the team towards innovative biotechnological research while ensuring that our tools and methodologies are not only scientifically excellent but also practical and applicable in real-world settings. With a PhD in Chemistry specializing in mass spectrometry, I also contribute to the scientific side of our projects. At Betternostic, as COO, I use my experience in project management and evaluation—drawing from my time as a Eureka Eurostars evaluator—to help develop veterinary diagnostic tools. I focus on strategic planning and execution, especially in our work on early cancer detection in dogs, blending biotechnology with AI to create solutions that are both cutting-edge and practical. Mentoring and coaching are also a big part of what I do. I enjoy helping professionals, startups, and teams with project management and strategic planning, using my diverse experiences to offer practical and actionable advice. Outside of work, music remains a big part of my life. The discipline and creativity I've gained as a musician have greatly influenced my approach to business, helping me communicate complex ideas clearly and think creatively when solving problems or working with diverse teams.
