Emily Gard Marshall
Prof Emily Marshall (Family Medicine Department, Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia, Canada) is cross-appointed with Community Health & Epidemiology, Psychiatry, Health & McGill Family Medicine, and a Nova Scotia Health Affiliated Scientist. She is Director of BRIC-NS Strategy for Patient Oriented Primary Care Network. Her collaborative mixed methods research examines primary healthcare access, continuity, & comprehensiveness to improve equity & optimize outcomes across the life course, involving population data, provider perspectives, & equity-deserving populations. She leads multiple pan-Canadian studies e.g., CIHR funded PUPPY-Study, MAAP Study and U-PATH. Dr. Marshall is the 2020 recipient of the NAPCRG Mid-Career Researcher Award.
