Elizabeth O. Oduwole (Ph.D.)

I am a highly motivated African female researcher with a deep passion for vaccine implementation science. My Ph.D. project focused on vaccine hesitancy and vaccine confidence, where I used qualitative, quantitative, and evidence synthesis methodologies. The grit and tenacity with which I pursued my studies, taking the initiative to form relevant and useful research collaborative ties and networks, and tackling challenges and timeous responses to matters as they arise have been commended. My previous training as a Biosafety Level 3 (P3) research scientist has further developed my abilities to strictly follow protocols and keep detailed records. I am a conscientious worker with a keen eye for detail. My ability to work efficiently in a team and independently has been further developed during my time as a postgraduate researcher. My unique academic qualifications combinations complement my transferable skillset, which makes me an asset to any team, company, or institution. I have published six articles as a first author in international, peer-reviewed journals, and have served as a reviewer for some high-impact journals. Academia has helped me to further hone my innate writing and public speaking skills. I am a committed member of a faith-based organization and engage in programs to enhance the quality of life of the elderly in my community in my personal time.
