Researcher profile
Elisa Pabon
I am a neuroscience postdoctoral research fellow with over ten years of human behavioral pharmacology research experience at academic medical centers. My doctoral research investigated the basis of drug use and abuse with a focus on female cannabis use. My post-doctoral work focused on the acute effects of inhaled and orally ingested cannabinoids on pain, appetite, cognition, and mood. I enjoy and have experience collaborating and forming relationships with clinicians and scientists in various fields. I aim to leverage my strong communication skills and analytical research background to bridge the gap between scientists and those who can benefit from what they know, professionally or personally.
