Beverly Tchang
Beverly Tchang, MD, FTOS, DABOM is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornell in New York and is triple board-certified in internal medicine, endocrinology, and obesity medicine. Dr. Tchang graduated from SUNY Downstate Medical College and completed her residency and fellowships at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell and Columbia University. Dr. Tchang has been a leader in the field of obesity medicine, as former Program Director of Cornell’s obesity fellowship, founder and past President of the non-profit organization Tri-state Obesity Society, and founder of the consulting agency Weightless Consulting. She is sought for her expertise and experience in mechanisms of weight loss, patient care and advocacy, and translating scientific research into real-world implementation. She is a regularly invited presenter at national and international conferences and publishes in high-impact journals on obesity pharmacotherapy and comprehensive obesity care.
