Mohammad Meshbahur Rahman
Mohammad Meshbahur Rahman is an Assistant Professor of Biostatistics at the National Institute of Preventive and Social Medicine (NIPSOM) in Dhaka, and a public and global health researcher. His research broadly focuses on public health, epidemiology, and Biostatistics. More specifically, he conducts research in geriatric medicine, anxiety and depression, biological ageing, infectious disease, occupational health, and the application of systematic review and meta-analysis in health epidemiology and biostatistics. As his current research activities, he is working on developing a new study design in public health research. At larger scales, he is interested in the practices that allow us to search, navigate, and signify our position in the world around us. His work has also concentrated on the systematic review with meta-analysis in health epidemiology. Mr Rahman has published over fifty peer-reviewed scientific articles in major journals on public and global health, and his work has featured on the cover of Phys.org, PublicNewsTime, South Africa - Knowledia News, Mydroll, DailyAdvent, Alpha Galileo, among other news channels in Bangladesh.
