Dr. Se Hee Kim is a pediatric neurologist and associate professor at Severance Hospital, Yonsei University. She specializes in epilepsy, child neurology, and encephalitis, with a strong clinical and research focus on developmental and epileptic encephalopathies and genetic epilepsy syndromes. She earned her Ph.D. in Pediatrics from Yonsei University (2023), Master’s in Neuroscience (2013) and M.D. in Medicine (2005) from Seoul National University. Dr. Kim has been a faculty member at Yonsei since 2015, serving as an assistant professor until 2021 and then as an associate professor. Her international roles include serving as a Tutor for the Virtual Epilepsy Academy (VIREPA) and as a former Task Force Member on Dietary Treatments within the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE). She has published extensively on ketogenic therapies, genotype-phenotype correlations, and molecular diagnostics in early-onset epilepsy.
