I study how genetic, social, economic, and educational factors combine and interact to influence cognitive function, academic achievement, personality, and psychiatric and neurological health from infancy through late adulthood. My work combines quantitative and statistical genetics, psychometrics, lifespan developmental psychology, psychiatry, neuroscience, epidemiology, and human ecology.
