Senka Vidovic

Prof. Dr. Senka Vidović is Full Professor at the Faculty of Technology Novi Sad, Department of Pharmaceutical Engineering, University of Novi Sad. She is author and co-author of more than 130 papers published in international scientific journals (source scopus). Her scientific fields of interest are green extraction technologies, especially high pressure extraction technologies and ultrasound-assisted, and technologies for dry extracts production and encapsulation (including freeze drying, spray drying). She has participated at more than 20 national and international scientific project, and lead several. She was a WG Leader in the COST Action EUALGAE and Science Communication Manager and Vice-Chair in COST Action GREENERING. She is leading the scientific group focused on green extraction technologies -Xtractteam.
