Elizabeth Williamson

Elizabeth Williamson is a biostatistician with 20 years experience. Her work focuses primarily on improving the statistical methods used to analyse large-scale routinely collected data, particularly linked electronic health record data. Much of her work has focused on propensity score methods, including the high dimensional propensity score, and how to optimally handle missing data within these analyses. More recently, particularly following the COVID-19 pandemic, her research interests have broadened to encompass risk prediction and the causally-flavoured "prediction under interventions".
