Dr. Anthony Dichiara is a material scientist inspired by the development of innovative techniques which make it possible to manufacture novel materials and nanocomposites (like nanotubes and graphene), characterize their physico-chemical properties and understand the associated phenomena. His current research efforts involve the analysis of sustainable adsorption systems for environmental applications using mathematical models to establish a fundamental understanding of experimental results.
