Abstract Dental pulp stem cells (DPSC) have shown osteogenic and bone regenerative potential. Improving the in situ bone regeneration potential of DPSC is crucial for their application as seed cells during bone defect reconstruction in clinics. This study aimed to develop DPSC-derived organoid-like microspheroids as effective seeds for bone tissue engineering applications.
