Abstract Purpose: In partial-breast irradiation (PBI), accurate lumpectomy cavity (LC) delineation is critical. Seroma-based delineation (SBD) using computed tomography (CT) with clips remains uncertain, causing an expansion of the LC and planning target volume (PTV).
