Anoikis-related gene CDKN2A predicts prognosis and immune response and mediates proliferation and migration in thyroid carcinoma
Abstract Anoikis-related gene signature predicts prognosis and immune response in thyroid carcinoma. CDKN2A is an independent prognostic biomarker in thyroid carcinoma. CDKN2A expression is associated with the level of immune cell infiltration and immune microenvironment in thyroid carcinoma. Knockdown of CDKN2A inhibited proliferation and migration of thyroid carcinoma cells.
