Abstract Although therapeutic proteins have achieved recognized clinical success, they are inherently membrane impermeable, which limits them to acting only on extracellular or membrane‐associated targets. Developing an efficient protein delivery method will provide a unique opportunity for intracellular target‐related therapeutic proteins.
