Abstract CT scan or FAST are not specific to diagnose the extrahepatic biliary trauma. In treatment of such patients, when suspected post operatively, semi interventional procedure like ERCP should be preferred in appropriate cases. AAST Grade V CBD injury can be managed with ERCP and stenting.
