Abstract Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of the most abundant bioactive cannabinoids. Research has demonstrated CBD’s ability to inhibit metabolic enzymes like cytochrome P450 (CYP) and UDP‐glucuronosyltransferase (UGT), potentially leading to drug interactions.
