A combined analysis of bulk and single-cell sequencing data reveals metabolic enzyme, pyruvate dehydrogenase E1 subunit beta (PDHB), as a prediction biomarker for the tumor immune response and immunotherapy
Abstract Pyruvate dehydrogenase E1 subunit beta (PDHB) is located in mitochondria and catalyzes the conversion of glucose-derived acetyl-CoA. The detailed roles of PDHB in human cancers is unclear. Here, through comprehensive bioinformatics analysis, we found that PDHB was aberrantly expressed in multiple human cancers and is associated with patients’ clinical stage.
