Abstract Background: SEPT9 is a pivotal cytoskeletal GTPase that regulates diverse biological processes encompassing mitosis and cytokinesis. While previous studies have implicated SEPT9 in tumorigenesis and development; comprehensive pan-cancer analyses have not been performed.
