Abstract Genomic alterations, such as missense mutations, often lead to the activation of oncogenic pathways and cell transformation by rewiring protein-protein interaction (PPI) networks. Understanding how mutant-directed neomorph PPIs (neoPPIs) drive cancer is vital to developing new personalized clinical strategies.
